THE FIELD

God has given each of us a field, and in that field, we are called to sow the seed of the good news of Jesus Christ. We are also called to help that seed grow into a mature state that eventually sows even more seeds of the gospel. We call this evangelism and discipleship, and we actively pursue this through outreach and Harvest Groups. (John 4:35)

THE THRONE

True unity is only possible around the Throne of God. So, we pursue the presence of God until we look and sound more like Heaven. We see this as our mandate to be a diverse and united church (nationally, racially, generationally, and socio-economically) and we passionately chase this through Kingdom Culture and throne-focused worship. (Rev. 7:9-10)

THE HOUSE

God’s desire is for us to live spiritually, physically, relationally, and emotionally healthy lives here on earth. Knowing this, we are called to be a house of healing to all. And through the healing power of the Holy Spirit, there is freedom for the sick and broken. We make room for this work weekly with what we call Church Interactive. (Ps 107:20)

THE FIRE

We prioritize the Kingdom of God, thus our mandate is to train, empower, and send people out into the world to further the work of the kingdom. We see those sent as flaming arrows launched across the globe. We call this the Great Commission and we prioritize this call through Leadership Training Institute. (John 20:21)

David and Tracy Frech arrived in the Kansas City metro in 1998 with a word from the Lord that they would experience a great harvest for the kingdom of God.  Not long after arriving, Church of the Harvest was born, and they have faithfully been serving as the Lead Pastors for 25 Years.  They have seen God move powerfully, and every promise be fulfilled as the Church of the Harvest has grown to two campuses, planted churches, and supported and participated in international missions across the globe.

They have been married for 40 years and have two adult daughters that serve with them in ministry.  Their joys are their three grandchildren and serving the Kingdom of God.
